Marinfloc Enviropilot
The system is connected to the vessels GPS and is fitted on the bridge where the captain gets a live update on the screen of the applicable regulation for bilge water, sewage, grey water, garbage, food waste, cargo (oil in slop tank through the ODME), ballast water exchange, incinerator and sulfur emissions at the current position. This has been made possible by electronically defining the 3, 12, 25, 50 & 200 nautical mile line all over the world together with the special areas and ECA's (Emission control areas). The Enviropilot is also equipped with relay outputs that are triggered at various limits and that can be used for indication lights in the garbage room, next to the incinerator, oily water separator etc.The Chief Engineer can mount a slave screen in the engine control room to also receive the information from the Enviropilot. If the vessel has a Whitebox installed it can be connected to the Enviropilot so that the Whitebox three-way valve will close when the vessel crosses the 12 nautical mile line anywhere in the world. Compliance has never been more simplified.
