Fail Safe System - No Oily Water is Discharged
With the Marinfloc White Box System, you can be confident that no water with oil content exceeding national or international requirements, is accidentally pumped overboard. The system works online and monitors the oil content in the water from your oily water separator or bilge water cleaning system. When the water from either of these systems is clean enough for discharge, a valve is opened and the water is pumped overboard. The start- and stop-time of the discharge, the volume, the ship's position and the oil content over the discharge cycle is recorded and stored in the Marinfloc White Box for easy follow up and access.
