Scope: The course covers the regulations which Marpol 73/78 regulates and how to keep record of them.
Aim: After accomplished course the attendant will have a good understanding in how to keep record in the oil record book and the importance of it is made correctly. The attendant will also have the tools to prevent both himself and others of making fault entries in the oil record book.
