Our Service Department is a team of dedicated Engineers and Customer Support Professionals all committed to providing top quality services 24h/day, all year round.

We perform a wide range of services; ranging from light technical support to fully supported turn-key installations on route, at the shipyard or anywhere in between, all supported by a complete mechanical engineering and documentation team. Services are provided around the world by us or by one of our committed service partners; it doesn’t matter if you are in a safe port or far offshore, we’re here to help you.

Annual service - work performed:

  • Assistance and troubleshooting with any issue or concerns
  • Replace/advise on component upgrades
  • Port state inspection training with the crew
  • System operation training with the crew
  • System maintenance and check available spares in stock
  • Advise on critical spares
  • Safely store and review the data from the Whitebox recorder (Whitebox only)
  • Replace necessary components in line with Preventive Maintenance Program
