Marinfloc introduces its Water Treatment System (WTS) tailored for the MAN-ES EGR engine system. This adaptable system can operate as a standalone solution for EGR bleed-off water treatment or, with the necessary upgrades, can also serve as an effective bilge water separator.
MAN-ES EGR Technology: MAN Energy Solutions' Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) is a proven method to reduce NOx emissions. By reintroducing a portion of the exhaust gas back into the engine, it ensures vessels remain compliant with environmental regulations.
WTS Integration Options with MAN-ES EGR:
1. Standalone EGR Bleed-off Water Treatment: Specifically designed to treat the bleed-off water from the EGR system, ensuring optimal water quality and regulatory compliance.
2. Combined EGR and Bilge Water Treatment (WTS-->CD-EGR): A dual-purpose solution that integrates wastewater treatment from the EGR system with bilge water separation. This can either be purchased as a combined unit or the standalone WTS can be upgraded to ensure compliance with necessary regulations for bilge water separation.
